齋藤 初美 / Saitoh Hatsumi

仙台市出身。3歳よりピアノを始める。

仙台白百合学園高等学校卒業後、国立音楽大学に入学。

2004年からプラハ音楽芸術アカデミーに留学し、同大学学士課程、修士課程を修了。

ソロ、室内楽の研鑽を積むだけでなく、学士課程終了時にピアノ演奏指導法国家試験に合格。

修士課程修了にあたり、優秀卒業生によるオーケストラ・チクルスにおいて

パルドゥビツェ室内フィルハーモニーとショパンのピアノ協奏曲第1番を共演する。

これまでヤマハ仙台店6階コンサートルームでのリサイタルなど、日本、チェコ共和国にてソロリサイタルを行う。仙台フィルハーモニー管弦楽団との共演や、ウィーン国立音楽大学室内楽フェスティバル、チェコ共和国フルネック市「教育者の日」記念式典での記念演奏、ヤマハ仙台店45周年特別企画ショパン全曲連続演奏会、日本ショパン協会東北支部主催第27回新人演奏会など、数々のソロ・室内楽演奏会に出演。

国立音楽大学・大学院伴奏助手を経て、現在仙台市を中心に後進の指導、コンクール審査にあたる。

同時に、東日本大震災チャリティーコンサート「故郷へ贈る音楽会」を継続的に開催するなど、積極的な演奏活動を続けている。

ピティナ(一般社団法人全日本ピアノ指導者協会)指導会員。

Hatsumi SAITOH was born in Sendai, Japan. She started playing the piano at the age of three.

After graduating from Sendai Shirayuri Gakuen High School, she entered Kunitachi College of Music.

From 2004 she studied at the Prague Academy of Music and Arts and she completed the bachelor's and master's programs. In addition to studying solo and chamber music for her bachelor's degree, she also passed the National Examination for Teaching Piano Performance (státní zkouška klavírní metodiky). Upon completion of the master's course, she performed Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 1., in the orchestra chiculus,

along with the Czech Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra Pardubice. 
As a pianist, she has performed in solo and chamber music concerts, solo recitals in Japan and the Czech Republic, and concerts at the concert room in the Yamaha Sendai store. She played with the Sendai Philharmonic Orchestra and performed at the University of Music and Performing Arts Chamber Music Festival in Vienna. She has also performed in the concert for the 45th Anniversary of Yamaha Sendai Store and the 27th concert sponsored by Japan Chopin Association Tohoku branch.
After working as an accompaniment assistant at Kunitachi College of Music, she shifted her focus to teach next generations, mainly in Sendai. She also appears at several competitions as a judge. She continues to actively perform as a pianist, such as holding the charity concert "Concert for Hometown'' to raise funding for the great East Japan earthquake. Also she is a member of the PTNA (Piano Teachers’ National Association).
